Harrington & Richardson “Expert” 9 Round .22Lr Revolver

Here we have a beautiful Harrington & Richardson (H&R) “Expert” revolver chambered in .22Lr. It features a 10” ribbed round barrel and a top break 9 round cylinder with auto ejector. The metal surfaces of this rare model retain about 95+% original bright blue showing some scattered fine flaking to mild gray-brown patina and some other scattered light handling marks. The hammer and latch show vibrant case-hardened colors and the checkered walnut saw handle grips remain in great condition showing some scattered light handling marks. Barrel-to-frame fit is solid, the gold-washed brass blade front sight is intact and the action seems to function well mechanically. This is a rare variant with only 3,171 being produced; this example was made in 1934. This was acquired by the previous owner from an auction of the Richard Littlefield H&R Collection.
